Research assistant on Target Universal Tb Testing(TUTT) . introducing of study on patients daily . Recruite patients to be part of the Study . Collection of Data using tablet on RedCap .TB Testing using Sputum hotels .make sure all patients file are been filled correctly before sending to lab . Filling patients results after receiving them and make sure keeping safe before it's reach to patients . Checking and unsuring of Quality Data daily bases .Ensuring that the data on tables is corresponding with suspect register,patients log,N1,N4 and ICT Book . Sending daily data to the sever .Compiling of daily and monthly state's : I'm working five days a week :Eight hours a day : I enjoy to working with my co-workers i learn they learn something from each other

Pros: None
Cons: No long working hour , because I'm only working eigth hours a day and it's Monday to Friday

The company is a growing with 300 staff within 3 districts ( OR Tambo and Ehlanzeni, Headoffice).

The company is the subrecipient to the National Department of Health under= the Global Fund Grant. I manage the grant of over R125million per Annam. the grant is currently for 3 years under 31 ?March 2021.

Pros: great opportunities and working with patience
Cons: long hours
