Excellent learning curve

I was employed as a driver where i was working where i was responsible for driving vehicle safely and timely to destinations, whilst at the same time giving clients a helpful courteous and professional customer service.I have experience of picking up and distributing loads for delivery, organizing travel routes.ensuring that all vehicle paper work is accurate and keeping daily logs of all trips made.As a self motivated team player i can thrive on the front line and am a dependable fast learner who has superb attention to details.

Pros: great opportunities
Cons: working overtime

No comment in writing with regards to current position

Framing of entries to Customs High values, Custom tariff determinations I also quality control entry clerks work, I have a very good relationship with my co workers the have a lot of respect for me and my knowledge. There is not any growth opportunities and they do not offer to send anyone on training anymore so learning new skills has been put off. Challenging is the time factor been courier it is a very fast moving industry

Learning Oppurtunity everyday

My typical day will start by checking mail and queries that were not attend to the previous day, then will priorities depending which is critical. My relationship with co worker is awesome and amazing how i manage to get along with everyone. Everyday is a learning experience and i learn that you have to always come with positive answer to the client no matter how difficult it is and if you make a promise stick to that promise and keep on communication. Solving problems it is fulfilling and encourage to always do more. Some problem are new and you only have limited time to come out with the solution.

Pros: Study further
Cons: You have to understand the importance of working extra time

Excellenct learning experience

I have learned a lot at Aramex. I have experience new achievements. Please consider my CV as I'm looking for work. I have worked under pressure and the outcome was spectacular as I was working alone. Under a lot if pressure. I feel that I have done a lot for the company and for myself as the experience that I had was overjoyed.

Pros: Great experience
Cons: Long working hours shifts

Poor working environment

Get paid in little to a job that's done by 5 people more. I have been working for more than 5 years with the company. Due to lack of job opportunity in Cape Town. However in terms of rating not worth joining this company.

Pros: No opportunity for promotions
Cons: Don't get paid should you have to work long hours.

Management personal relationships cloud judgement. Cape Town management not objective

Very Toxic work enviroment. Will not advise anyone to work in the Cape Town Branch,.Favoritism is the order of the day. Personal internal work relationships cloud judgement and objectivity. There is no support from your direct manager/commercial manager. He cancels and does not attend meetings scheduled. I think that Aramex overall is a great company with great values it is just unfortunate that these are not being followed in the Cape Town Branch.

Pros: Club Incentive
Cons: Toxic work enviroment
