Excellent learning curve
It was a good place of work and I enjoyed working with different and difficult customers everyday, we had a team building strategies every and meeting. Although my boss didn't like blacks and he wasn't even hiding it.about 5 employees left the company because of him and hes racism and discrimination.
Pros: It was a great experience and opportunity

Excellent in communication....good care of company material and storage....team player
I am a young male of 27. A self motivated individual. A go getter....love my professional work field. I love the challange...working hard with my co-workers and bringing out the best in our work given each day. I am also A team player....communicate effectively with the whole crew even though there are always problems that occur timeously but I Always aim to looks after company protocol and wish to adhere to my work professionaly and enthusiastically always striving for gold to benefit not only my image or that of my collegues but also that of the company that I work for.
Pros: hard worker.....love the challange and always want to get more knowlegde each day with the help of my superiors

Excellent
Love helping employees, interacting with the Union officials, doing reports, negotiations and Ccma cases. Helping all the branch manager and give them advace.

Learning curve and experience
I start my day very early ,without tea time, I spend a lot of time standing,and also expected to pack heavy staff,and on top of that give a tremendous performance. I have a good team(individual) the rest they think of themselves, At the end of the day I take everything as a learning curve
Pros: At least I have a salary

I'm quick learner young and energetic i knew i can add a value in the company
I'm fit energetic i can also work under pressure and delever well im well presented and very professional and skilled in loading and of loading the goods with out any sort of damage. I can also pick and packing with stock counting without hesitation
Pros: too many overtime
Cons: you must always be ready for long hours

*I'm a responsible person who works at any pressure. *very understanding person easy approachable to my stuff and customers. *time keeping at all times to my customers. * highly dedicated to my manager and also my superior. *very risky when need to meet target of da months when we don't have enough time. * I love my job just that I need an upgrade and learn more about the goods,company and what's we selling to public.

New challenges
Day to day duties, doing cash up of the salesman and sending it to accounts. Making sure all random stock counts are done daily. Scanning and filing PODs creating Purchase orders. Making sure all admin for the branch is Updated. My relationship with my co-workers is very strong as we in the workplace we should encourage and focus to reach our goal. I have learnt working with many different people and in different working environments. I find that every day will be a challenge as we face many different obstacles and one should learn how to adapt and find alternative ways in dealing with the difficulties and challenges.
Pros: It’s a great learning curve as you are exposed to many different things
