work is challenging everyday, not typical or monotonous. pressure and stress orientated tasks not for the faint hearted . the awesome view of dreams in reality is working at one of the largest furnace in sub-Saharan Africa.

It a great experience working on furnaces, transfer cars and ladles that carried hot metal

I have learned a lot from the company starting from isolation register fill out, working on live equipment, working in confine spaces as well. The most I learned was the importance of teamwork which I believe it's very important since we worked in awkward areas where no one can see you when you stuck between moving machinery. I enjoyed the time we spent as a team assisting each other where we can and also socializing with my colleagues.

Pros: Great opportunity
Cons: Long working hours when they're breakdowns in the plant
