I have learnt a lot in terms of how to deal with customers. My working relationship was good and my most challenging part was when it comes to making sales.

Learning curve

It is very difficult to work here, but I am adjusting to the environment. You can stand the whole day doing a work for two people while the son set there and do nothing. You don't get the chance to be a good sales person as you should be.

Learning curve

Working at Arlex Fragrances it's that much of challenge, as we normally work alone. You work a long hours and you only get to spend your time inside the store, no break in between. Sometimes it get really bad as there will be no customer coming in to buy.
