Was n great opportunity to start a branch from cratch and building it up.

It used to be a fantastic company to be associated with, until the merger with an international company. As the whole culture changed within the company. Been given the opportunity to be exposed in all aspects of business, and dealings from all walks in life.

Pros: TRAVELLING THE EASTERN CAPE
Cons: NO OPPOTRUNITY FOR PREMNOTION

Good relationships, limitless leaning

easy to go by as long as you know the product relationships with my co-workers is fantastic i have learnt the whole process of purchasing management until suppliers are paid i enjoy negotiating with suppliers trying to get the best possible price for the product that will profit the company and building long lasting relationships with suppliers the most challenging aspects of the jobs is the lead times from the suppliers and when they are not able to deliver goods on time and not letting you know of the delays and if they deliver products not as per your specifications, the sending back and starting afresh is more challenging especially when they are not sure of the product.

Pros: opportunity to grow and improve is some aspects of the job
Cons: normal working hours unless neccessary

7 days a week operation for Both galvanizing palnts,Good relationship with Employees working for me for the last 11 years,Have a good disciplined plant at each branch.Financial outcome each month is always Positive.
