A very unstable environment

I joined the company with little experience and due to my driven nature. I managed to work my way up and gained skills. However the company became unstable

Good learning environment

a goo working and learning environment as you get to know all aspects of the industry because you are involved in everything, workers know each other as there are teambuildings every december, challenges are that you are thrown in the deep end as it is a fast paced environment

Pros: great opportunity to learn all aspects of the environment
Cons: less opportunities for promotion
