For want of something more

It is a great company to work for, however there is no growth available here. I feel like I have reached my climax and I need somewhere new ... I want to learn and grow as an architect and designer and I feel like that is stagnant at the moment

Seeking Growth

My typical day involves assisting the architect with any admin contract work on site. So that would be meeting minutes, sending contract instructions, emails to sub-contractors & suppliers, drawing issues and set up meetings. I have a good relationship with my co-workers, they all very friendly. I have learnt that you should work smart not hard. I enjoy getting to know new people and also love seeing the end project of a building from architecture to interiors and finishes. Most challenging is understanding the contract of jbcc.
