Arrive at work before everyone else unlock the place make coffee read emails plan the day when everyone has had tea etc I take the guys working with me and we start getting all the tools and materials ready for production, I have a good relationship with the people especially the blacks cause they tend to have the better manners and respect, I learn new things every day, the day you run out of ideas you must stop working, I enjoy new challenges I like problem solving and giving ways of doing so, my most challenging aspects must be people and their ways.

Excellent learning curve

Fun entertaining and energetic environment with many different characters you’ll definitely learn more than what you bargained for so it’s really something different from other companies because it’s bubbly and enjoyable
