Excellent gaining experience

It a very good company but sometimes some things are hard to handle especially in head office stuff,they are so disrespectful and unable to talk well if there is something you do not understand but our bosses are so excellent to us as there employees. I have learnt a lot and being a hard worker, making sales for company and having a good customer service. Challenges I have come a crossed with,it sales because our mall is not too busy so we have to work harder on busy days like month end in order to cover up for our quite days.

Excellent communication with customers

Advising and serving customers. Processing payments.Assisting customers in order to help them find what they need. Ensuring stock levels are well maintained. Promoting store cards or special offers.Providing customers with information on pricing and product availability.Arranging window displays. Handling customer complaints or handing customers on to management. Welcome and greet customers. Keep up to date with product information.I have learn how to handle angry customers. I enjoy working with people

For me it was a great opportunity working on Arthur Ford I've learned a lot mostly how to treat customers, it was a working normally hours. Some Customers a very hard to to communicate with but we always tried to do our best with my team.

I buy and re-sell Arthur Ford cosmetics.

I am an Arthur Ford agent. I buy and re-sell their products at a price I marked up on my own. This had allowed me to improve my sales skills and also gave me courage to approach people. I am responsible for seeking for my clients as my returns and the business itself depend on me to survive. I work at my own schedule and I also make sure to work timely. I have learned a few skills in this venture e.g good communication skills and negotiations skills as well as sales closing skills.

Pros: There's an opportunity to gain reward points to make my purchases cheaper and also to get free samples which boost my sales pitch and sales return.
Cons: I an responsible for my time schedule henceforth I have to be committed to my work.
