Excellent company to gain experience

It’s a small property real estate company with 10 to 20 employees. It’s a great company for a learning curve. My relationship with my seniors was great because I started as a bookkeeper assistant because I was a financial advisor so my seniors were guiding me so my relationship with my workers and seniors is great. I have learnt in the finance department you have to always double check everything.

Pros: Great opportunity to gain experience
Cons: Some times you are required to work weekends.
