My day duties was receiving stock for Kitchen, Laundry, Cleaning and Coffee Shop, capturing invoices daily basis, liaise with suppliers to place orders, controlling the stock and first thing in the mornings count my stock levels and then issue out stock. I was more of a morning person motivated every co-worker so they start planning their day ahead and make sure everybody contribute to customer services. I learns a lot of different programs to capture stock and issue it out...quotations with different suppliers daily to make sure the image of the facilities stands out...I learn how easy is it to contribute to makes every customer happy.... learns the dashboards of different departments to make sure stock variances been solve...reports daily to represent to facilities management and end month reports to finance department...how to control the different budgets monthly to avoid over drafts...I enjoy the running of stores and complains solving...develop a passion for customer services...
Pros: I been promoted three times from laundry assist, to customer representive, store clerk till Facilities Administrator
Cons: love first in and last out...was handling the cash up controlling...end of th day running on POS

Team work
Filing of documents, Scan and Send patients files to the store room using ANITA and REQUISATION system, Capture patients files to hospital system the relation with others is good team as a back bone filing socialization and team work filing

Excellent Learning Curve
Everyday day it has been hectic in my dept.Yo do files, answer telephones, open the door each time someone comes in or goes out.lts children ward, people coming in and out its parents.You dont wanna know why they keep popping in and out.lt could be anything from reviving a little fag, coffe cup at the resto , exchanging house / car keys up to getting some refreshing fresh air.But again you still need attend to all queries of inhouse patients.Is doctor running late ? what time he normally comes? So why he is not yet here?? On the other side telephone is ringing, few parents waiting to go out? Another parent can i hv milk or rooibos, what time physio is coming? we have to go xrays, telephone ringing.Nurses coming to you , weve run out of syringes ...and medication ..did you order ? When will they deliver?No stationery, cardexes are finished.That's how busy is the environment.

Excellent Peoples Skills
Excellent working conditions, Professional Management, Committed Staff members, Good facilities, Clean wards, Good Pharmacy with enough medical requirements for different health conditions, Perfectly located and easily accessible to people who reside in and around Kempton Park, Very good security in and around the hospital prencict, Excellent cafe for staff and visitors, excllent and condusive ward facilities that encourages speedy recoceries for patients

Excellent learning curve
It is very busy Hospital, not one day is a typical working day. Staff are very friendly. I have an Excellent relationship with my coworkers. I have learned a lot about the medical field

Good learning curve but not much possibility to grow
Very hard worker, I get along with all cultures and are mostly liked amongst colleagues. Have learnt a lot about medical procedures and medicine. The most challenging is to make target daily and monthly

Learning opportunity
I'm a hard worker ,can work as a team,have problem solving skills ,im flexible,I enjoyed working in the company because I know a lot about the place,I studied there and started working there.

Excellent hard worker and fast learner
Working at Arwyp Medical center and working with Patients is a very exciting job.The team work with my co- worker also Excellent. I have learnt a lot about Customer Service and how to corporate with them.when my customer are happy I enjoy most.The most Challenging aspects is when the Customer complain about the food or having the wrong order.Or demanding what is not in our menu..
