It's a great a place to learn and set challenges for yourself Co workers are amazing people I enjoy setting challenges for myself and seeing my work ethics strive each and every day Most challenging aspects have to be travelling. But it's a challenge I can handle

Great exposure

working under my company is more exposure to self . Team building is our middle name . We learn new customer approach techniques day in day out though competing plays a huge role but we learn how o overcome all the outcomes we face due to we have to reach our daily and monthly turnovers.

Equipped me customer service knowledge, CRM and maintaining client realations

It was a great experience from that part time job, gave me exposure to the corporet workplace. Learned a lot from the oppotunity and empowered myself to want to do more

Pros: good organisational culture, great co-workers, good working hours and benefis
Cons: Distance from my place to work, should have moved closer to my work place

I AM A VERY HARDWORING PERSON AND ATTENDING TO DETAILS

I HAVE A GOOD RELATIONSHIP WITH MY SUPERIORS AND MY COLLEQUES AS A WHOLE. WE ALSO HAVE A TEAM BUIDING.I LIKE TO COMMUNICATE WITH MY COLLEQUE ESPECIALLY AS I NEED TO RECONCILE THE BANK,I HAVE TO LIASE WITH CREDITORS AND DEBTORS.

Cons: TH ENVIRONMENT IS VERY FRIENDLY & WE DO THING TOGETHER.i CAN ABLE TO GET HELP WHEN I NEED IT AT ANYTIME.

No benefits.

We work every public holidays. Three weekends a month.Sundays mo over time, work at regular rate. We walk away with just your monthly salary. A little bit more if you're lucky enough to reach target and get a bit of commission.

Pros: No careers growth
Cons: Management try to make up with incentives
