Excellent learning experience
In my recent role as a medical aid broker at ASI Financial Services, I had the opportunity to work between two departments; the sales and client services departments. I am flexible, adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities. This is in part due to my capability to listen and effectively communicate with the different stakeholders and clients I deal with on a daily basis. The interpersonal skills I have acquired over the years allow me to be able to communicate and deal effectively with individuals across all departments, functions and management levels. Teamwork has been an integral part of my role- I build trusting relationships both internally and externally. Relating to colleagues from different backgrounds is a “task” I thoroughly appreciate. I however am also able to work effectively on my own.
