It's what I personally feel, it's my perception
My day is always hectic, in and out of meetings and having to meet deadlines. Adhering to company policies and training employees on it. Always making sure that your department is GMP compliant and tha staff are aware of what to do. Reviewing and updating of company procedures. Con ducting and closing out audit findings. Training all staff and loading all training, etc
Pros: My job is important as i have to make sure that everyone working in the department understand how important it is to produce product that is safe for human consumption and i get to be part of that.

Geat practical experience
I learnt what it's like in the corporate world in finance. The every tasks that were to be performed in the Cash Book, Accounts Payable and Fixed assets departments. The key main things I learnt and some improved on are: - Accuracy while doing checks and processing - Analysis during checks and verification of documents asnd figures - Priotisation - Being able to work under pressure during the Financial Year end - Being able to compile Creditors reconciliation - Uplooad of the Bank statement Allocation of cash receipts and payments

Excellent learning curve
i have enjoyed getting knowledge from a well experienced team. i learnt to understand anyone's opinion as it can change the way you see things. getting help in overcoming the problems i thought they are difficult was the one thing i enjoyed most when i was helped.

Excellent learning curve
I am a team player who can work with anyone regardless of their skin colour or disability. I have a B Tech in logistics management and experience in the supply chain division from Aspen pharmacare. I believe that my theoretical knowledge and practical skills i have acquired from Aspen can be of value to your organisation. i have also worked with UTI, Imperial logistics, UPD for stock inspection, returns, stock taking and validation of stock.

Excellent learning curve
Working @the company is great because there are opportunities. But there work is routine kind of work. the workers are very friendly and we like family. I have learn that in order for any one to grow in the company one needs to work hard and be present and work @all tome and punctuality is the key , honesty , integrity and team work. What i enjoy most is the time of month end i like the rush and the adrenaline deadline and recovery rush. the most challenging part is the salary that does not meet my every day expenditures and i have to work a lot of overtime in order for me to have the salary i need.

Have learnt a lot. hence time for growth
Its a good place to learn with vast opportunity for growth and career expansion. Location not ideal for me as I just started a family and had to relocate, i spend too much time on tue road. Liked the flexi hour policy. The people are great to work with. Just need to pay more attention on cross departmental functioning. Each department work as a silo or in competition to the other, this might kill the company. As they are working for the same purpose, keeping the customer happy at different levels.

Collection of overdue funds. Manage Allocation of collected funds. Identify problematic accounts and solve all the queries. File and send statements to the clients Clients visits Account Reconciliation Take corrective action on invoices not paid or short paid.
Pros: Too much work just being short staffed

Experience in sterile compounding and packing as well as exposure to batch book auditing
Motivated with every task I encounter. I am able to think on my feet and investigate problems. I am able to adapt to any environment as I learnt this whilst working in a production environment. I work well under stressful situations. I am able to work well independently and in a team. I am enthusiastic to learn and eager to grow within my profession. I am dedicated and punctual. I believe integrity is of utmost important with regards to a company that you are allocated to. Pharmacy is my passion and I am motivated to increase my knowledge in this field.

collection of outstanding allocation of payment month end report recons filling solve queries sending out statements contra of accounts make sure that the 90 and 120 days are up to date to send POD to customers

Quality assurance
I am a self-motivated, self-sufficient very flexible, punctual, hard worker and I am trustworthy in every aspect of any work delegated to me. I am able to work as part of a team and independently without supervision. I perform very well under pressure. I have a wonderful personality which allows me to get on very well with the people I work with. I always make a room for growth and improvement.
