Good communication skills

Since i have joined this company, i have learned that team work, communication and time management are the most important thing within the company. It be come challenging when it month end and we far from reaching the target. There are days where there is not much work do. During those day we go back and double check if we did not miss anything and fix it if we did.

Pros: Good working underpressure
Cons: Long working hours

Stable enviroment

Its a stable environment where I have learnt people skills as i work with different people . We work under pressure as we have monthly targets so I have learnt to work well under pressure.Its not an environment were i can grow as I do the same thing everyday for the past 3years. I have had a good working relationship so fare with my co-workers .I have learnt how to deal with clients and do vetting work properly.I enjoy mostly calling and dealing with clients. The most challenging thing about the JOB is that it never changes I do the same thing everyday which can be boring ..
