Learning Curve with aspirations for more.

Length of work day can be unpredictable. The working environment is a bit toxic. I enjoy the research work and working for my direct manager. Intellectually, I am not as challenged as i would want to be and therefore do not think I am learning in the direction i want to grow in.

Pros: Great opportunity to assist on an executive level
Cons: Not intellectually challenged.
