Excellent
It is a good company for someone who is willing to learn new things and grow. Good for team working and gain more experience because you work in different departments. Good relationship with colleagues because they are friendly.

Excellent learning Curve
As a started experience ,I will have to be able to make sure that the purpose of the Job is done more precise and accurate. I did enjoy the experience and skills learnt from. I have more acquired knowledge and experience to get the best.

Have been working for Assign for 3 years as a cleaner good company to work for .good working hours to balance ur family time.no room for growth,fair bonuses every year . Management Team so understanding &fair to all employees.

working with 150 employees on a daily basis Check absenteeism in all 17 departments for assign employees Sent daily absenteeism reports to Amrod HR Maintain records of Assign staff Advise departmental heads of staff starting date Maintain current and accurate list of assign staff on site Open new employee files on site Filing, faxing, photocopying Issue new employees with safety boots & keep a record for credit note Issue warnings depending on the charges. Participating in recruitment efforts Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process Prepare a pack & do disciplinary enquiries for Assign employees Booking of appointments for the clinic doctor if employees are not well Working in Time Manager to load new employees starting on site Prepare monthly timesheets for all 159 on dayshift which is subject to change as we are hiring from time to time. Good communication skills
1.)Liase with Hr by sending accurate detailed absenteeism reports,for all seventeen department 2.)Liase with Hr on daily basis regarding a headcount of all employees we have on site, and that also includes all employees who have resigned, absconded and dismissed 3.) Make sure employees are PPE complaint. 4.) Issue warnings depending on the charge. 5.)prepare packs for disciplinary enquires. 6.) Do hours for employees and sent them to pay roll for wages

Gaining work experience
hard needed help but i had to work alone and i had to make it work to keep my job.relationship with my co-workers was great.i learned to be independent,i realised if you put your mind on what you do nothing is impossible.
