Pros: I was usually relieving my s/boss when he is on leave.
Cons: The are some times overtime.

I love Teamwork which includes: communication, commitment, responsibilities, understanding, and time and attendance. With all this team characteristics a team can achieve so much more.

Pros: Need better oppurtinies and challenges
Cons: Stricly working hours and can do stanby
