Great company but no growth
Ensure the necessary Replacement documentation is received by Assupol within the stipulated time frames. Deal effectively with queries relating to Replacements. Communicate and liaise with Intermediaries and Management to ensure compliance with the Assupol Replacement Policy and ASISA Replacement Standard. Communicate with Replacing Life Insurers in the event whereby Assupol does not receive the required RPAR. Refer issues of non-compliance by other Life Insurers to the ASISA Replacement Review Board for investigation. Submit the RPAR to the Replaced Life Insurer within stipulated timeframes. Ensure that sanctions and remedial measures determined by the Internal Tribunal are enforced which shall include the issuing of the instruction to reverse commission as/ if determined by the tribunal

I like to work with people and i like to see each and every company that i work for grow .i know how to sell product ,talk to people,ask if i dont understand hard worker i would like to work monday to friday

I am a hard working person who always follows procedure in every task that I do. I am co-operative,
maintain policies cancellation, reinstatement provide to clients and consultant. Capture policy and payments on the system. assist with scanning ,faxing proof of payment ,refunds and letters. All general administration services ,switch board and client services.

Iam a hard work
I am a hard worker as well as go getter and I work with passion, I am always up for new challenges. I am dedicated person and a quick learner. I consider myself as a team player and strive to finish any task assigned to me efficiently as possible. I am an open-minded, creative as well as strategic, friendly person who communicates and relates well will peers and co-workers. I work equally well in a team or alone with limited or no supervision, therefore with my expensive knowledge and capabilities I believe that I am suitable qualified to perform the duties from the above mentioned position. I hope you find the above in order and that we can continue having a good working relationship and enjoy a prosperous future together.

ACCURACY IN DATA CAPTURE CLIENT SERVICE AND ALWAYS REACHING HIGHER THAN EXPECTED TARGET IN CAPTURING
Working at assupol was very challenging at first. But I managed to work through those challenges. I aadapted very well with the people worked with AND we always worked together as a team. Often I help oh in Client Services. I have met a lot of people with different backrounds and personalities there that haa made me a much stronger person. What I enjoyed most is that we work together as a team and help each other where necessary. Challenges aspects is when business in brought in at the last minute of the day and managers want it to be captured before cutt off ends

Journey with Assupol
Approaching different faces on daily basis is one of everyday occurances.Relationship amongst us is very important because there are times where you need to work as a team and where ever you stuck you need one another.I have learnt that every client is approachable the is you must have art of doing it. manner of approach is essential.I enjoy the final product when sale is successful because that what the company is paying me for.Challenge is that some companies are reluctant to allowe you to adress their workers
Pros: if you work hard you can move from being agent to management position

Adapt easy to any work related

I am also creative self-motivated individual, innovative and I have the ability to adapt to challenging environment with relative ease.

Excellent learning curve
• Resolve complex network or network related issues in a timely manner • Provide expertise in network operation and troubleshooting • Design and implement networks including physical connections, layer 2 topologies and layer 3 topologies • Design and implement DNS, DHCP, Firewalls, Intruder Prevention systems and Proxy server support • Analyze network performance metrics • Ensure network designs compliance to Service Level Agreements • Promote and adhere to network design standards • Design and implement and technologies such as OSPF, BGP, HSRP, VRRP, Spanning Tree and Etherchannel • Design and implement Quality of Service (QOS) policies • Upgrade IOS Images and replace network hardware where appropriate • Participate in regular network health check and process review per the Compliance requirement
