Performing a mould change and setting of the machine is a typical working day, and while interacting with operator's ia part of the job as they will need your help whenever they encounter problems with the machine. I've learned to be patient with fellow workers as there is nothing more fulfilling than completing a task with your team. Whenever the factory is running without any hiccups is one of the best feeling any workforce is determined to do. The most challenging aspect of my job is when machines are producing more scrap there is nothing more frustrating than accumulating more scrap than production.

Gain a huge amount of knowledge in the plastic industry

The staff members are good people to work with. I have gained a lot of knowledge in the chemical industry that is apart from my other experience. Sadly, branch management is not up to standards. Having a branch Manager who does not have a wife and kids will make poor decisions and feel no simpathy for others.

Pros: Gaining knowledge of the chemical industry
Cons: Working hours are Monday to Friday
