Gained experience

my day at astra starts with a smile, greetings to my co-workers and our customers. most of the days we are very busy we dont even have time to have breakfast. I work with a great team. they are supportive and we work as team everyday. whenever one wants to break a chain they will call themselves to order as we will continue doing good. i have learnt to listen and understand in order to help our customers the right way. I also learnt to be a part of a team. i enjoy interacting with different people everyday. I get to learn different languages and cultures as well. Challenges comes when management doesn't play its part and we have to explain to our customers something different from what we had promised them.

Cons: working weekends and public holidays

Small company that's just come to the industry with opportunities should it do well.

Nice staff to work with they know their duties.management very good friendly always willing to help head office staff very nice people helpful good listeners they know what they are there for.

Pros: Good company to work for just that there's no money

Great opportunity to be a amanager

I enjoy working with my staff cause we work as a team and help one another so that we can meet the criteria of the organization in all the aspects of the day. the most challenging moment its when a client want to abuse his power as a consumer and not follow the policy of the organisation.

Pros: the opportunity i have got is to be the second-in-charge.
Cons: During end of we go an extra mile to serve all our clients in the best way.
