Extremely pressurised environment

Over 300 employees to get to know. Have to know each and every process and operation. Learnt that there is so much to this game when the site is your house. I enjoy my job because I get to work closely with staff....in return learning about their jobs and helping them to keep themselves safe. Challenges are that the safety reps here are not dedicated.....so in turn it's like it's just me doing dedicated safety work.

Pros: Increased pressure needs increased pay to staff.
Cons: Too much work for each person

Excellent platform for understand the culture of the plastics industry

I'm a peoples person, Very much involved in both Creditors and payroll - complete function for both and very much involved in Hr duties as well. Do payroll for contractual outsourced labor broker for about 280 employees. Very much involved with the training and apprenticeship programs through Mersta

Pros: No opportunity for promtions
Cons: 8 to 9 hours of work per day
