Dynamics learning environment with exposure to different projects

Astron Energy is an environment where I have been exposed to a large number of projetcwband have been given the opportunity to lead these projects. I have managed large project teams on various types of projects which has allowed me to gain knowledge in various areas of engineering.

Excellent

I have a lot about finance and what happens in the industry and how we fit into the whole company as a department. On a daily basis i run orders for customers and i receive customer payments, allocate them and decide which orders are going to be released

Great insight into the Industry

Astron Energy (formerly Chevron) provided great insight and opportunities into learning about the petrochemical industry and how it operates. This it at a regional level, country-wide, as well as internationally. Not only do I get hands on experience s to how the fuel making process goes about,I am also introduced into market nuances that shift the needle in terms of demand and supply. I understand now greatly the importance of safety culture and what it means to the overall operation of the company. I understand the importance of detail and ensuring that that all relevant protocols are followed commissioning anything. ls are followed
