Good place for gaining experience

Well since I was only seeking work experience, initially, I did not bother about the monthly salary but then I came to realise that a person needs to grow a little. When I found out that they are not making any attempt to raise the salary I then decide to leave.

Pros: Good opportunity for gaining more experience and grow
Cons: Normal working hours

Excellent environment to work in

A very good company to work for as the staff is treated with respect, however there is very little growth opportunities due to the size of the company.

Pros: Staff are treated with respect
Cons: No room for growth
