Want expertice but not willing to invest in people

A 8 hour day can end up a 15 he day . Then no overtime. A bad day for the manager ends up a bad day for every one. Gre from clerk to supervisor but never received any qualification

Pros: Respect from Co workers
Cons: Management ignores all aspects of it's personel
