Excellent experience

Working at my current company and position is very challenging on day to day which is very good for growth and self confidence. It is a very good learning curve for a person who want to pursue a career in academics and teaching. What I like the most about my job as I feed students with knowledge, I am also gaining and updating myself. Standing in front of the youth of today everyday which knows almost everything teaches one to be very informative which requires one to study more

Good

Working at this company is good in a way like we had to meet new people from different background and had to learn different languages in a short period pf time. The challenge here is we wait so long to get new materials which is stressing, I enjoy working with students and get to learn new things everyday.

Pros: Great opportunity to get more experience
Cons: Not what I love to do.
