Inconsistency in decisions made..no clear policy. Family driven Excellent relationship with fellow workers Traces of marginalization leaves workers unsure of the way forward.. Authotorian style, many afraid to say their views. Rewards excellent for well done work.

Cons: Hours are regular retail orientation

Enjoy my work but must get balance in my personal life.

good role player, make sure everybody is working to Company policy, and according manufactures specification, and most of all walk the extra mile for happy customers. Normal working day start 6h15 and end when the last job is out of the workshop,3 technician hours sold daily+- 35 hours

Pros: love my work,but personal life is not in good shape
Cons: balance of lifestyle not in very goog shape
