I've learnt alot and took part in alot of different aspect of the company.

AuditBEE was a good company to work for but there were downfalls as there are in any workplace . However, I have learnt alot SMS was given good opportunities to grow as an individual

Gain good knowledge and experience in the accounting industry as well as administrative skills

Management is not so great but overall staff well educate.. elunch hour is good but Friday is pressure due to finishing up deadlines where was you don't get to take lunch breaks or even tea times... They don't promote anyone but slaary is good for the available position d and helpful

Skills are vital

Calls get assigned to us by 1st line and we assist 90 branches, as we are at the head office, we usually remote to the users PCs to assist them. Relationship with co-workers is excellent, we assist each other whenever the other person is lacking. I have learnt a lot in this company, things like strategic planning. Mostly ITIL and have obtained an ITIL certicate this year. I enjoy conversing with all the user, managers and excos, also enjoy learning new things. There's nothing challenging at the moment, we get plenty of training on anything new.

Pros: None
Cons: Hours are odd and we don't get overtime of it. And there is no growth as there is no infrastructure in the company.
