I have top secret clearance and my current responsibilities includes management of AGSA database for top secret clearances. Recognised for a collaborative leadership style, being proactive and a strong ability to translate environments of conventional approach into grounds where strategic thinking and innovative ways can bring change and growth. Auditing Performance information has provided me with extensive experience in strategic information (Government planning frameworks and processes) and applications (Monitoring of service delivery include annual performance reporting, financial management and expenditure). A proven leader who is continuously advancing his skills and knowledge,With a great passion to develop others I am currently managing two audits and supervising and training 12 staff members (Trainee auditors and Assistant audit managers). I am a true change agent and embrace challenges as opportunities for tactical thinking and growth.

Excellent learning curve

I would like to apply for the above mentioned position. What motivated me to apply is because the position is relevant to my career path and I consider myself to be an all-rounder when one is looking for someone to hit the ground running. I have extensive experience from a variety of industries which gave me more responsibility and independence to exercise my discretion/judgment. I am matured, well-mannered and very well spoken. My communication skills include both verbal and written abilities. I can compile reports for Centres, Customer Services and Project related activities. Some of my attributes include being a team-player, adaptability, interest to learn new things and focus
