Excellent in job manufacturing processes

Doing 5s step by step roll out in the plant, For clean safe and productive working environment. Also doing material flow demarcations for efficient material bins. Managing of equipment through Autonomous maintenance step by step roll out to reduce waste and elimanate breakdowns. Analysing and capturing day to day Overall Equipment Efficiency production sheets and and updating daily and monthly management reports. I gained a lot of experience when it comes to Lean manufacturing tools. I enjoyed sharing the information through training operators on how to apply some of the Lean tools, using why-why analysis, root cause analysis, fish bone diagrams and how to do CILT while cleaning the machines. What was more challenging was to change the attitude of the fellow employees to adoubt and apply TPM for the benefit of everyone in the company including all the different departments within the company.

Pros: Great opportunity for production promotion
Cons: Not enough people in the department only interns

An eye opening lessons opportunity into the quality world.

I have an excellent relationship with my my co-workers, fixing gauges and calibrating them has been a bit challenging. My day is pretty much hectic, issuing gauges and fixing them are pretty much a handful but I have been enjoying it.

Pros: Quality is broad here so you never stop learning something new everyday.
Cons: A very busy and hectic job especially on Fridays.
