I am well-spoken, energetic, confident and personable.

From my initial work experience I have worked as a Stores clerk where I use to despatch and receive goods from different countries. I also use to deal with customers who placed orders to assist them with payment of their goods. The previous company I worked as an Inbound & Outbound call centre agent taking and receiving calls and Data Capturing, Handling customer queries. I was offered an outbound call centre manager position for three years, currently I am employed as a Virtual store branch manager at Auto pedigree for two years now where I have applied my Planning, Organising, Leadership and Control skills. Data Base Administrator skills, Handling Complaints, Salary spread sheet, Generating daily duties for callers, Staff performance, Sales targets Compile monthly and daily sms, handling sales promotions and Organising reports to the MD.

Pros: An opportunity to work as a Virtual store branch manager at Auto pedigree for two years now where I have applied my Planning, Organising, Leadership and Control skills. Handling petty cash and petrol recons.
Cons: Virtual branches closed down

Good experience

I needed a bit of experience working in the used cars market. I have gained the experience I needed up to this far. I now need to move to the company that will value my experience. I am very passionate about the job that I do. I have developed great skills over the years that I have been working as a Sales Consultant or Sales Representative in different companies that I have worked for.

Good listener, good driver, Computer literate, Hard working, Able to work under pressure.

Lot of work, too much pressure, high risk, no safety, I like driving and working with computer, demand lot of effort with and pressure,I work 7am until 5pm.

Pros: Day to day work, I enjoy driving, time is misused thatz the most challenging thing about my company.
Cons: 8am to 5pm

Good customer service

I have a very good relationship with my Manager, supervisor, team leader and fellow co-workers. I learn new things almost evryday. Group discussions and how we could make our working environment more exciting. Tacket driving is one of my passion. I will never leave my work unfinished. Yes lots of pressure in my department (Administration)

Attention to detail, accuracy , deadline target

Multi task and exceptional communication skills

I have enjoyed myself at the company I also got the opportunity to be an acting branch manager twice within the 2 years that I have been at Auto Pedigree I got exposed to alot since Ive been there and I loved every minute of it.

Great reward structure

Great rewards, great promotion opportunities, assistng all branches to achieve their targets. Great professionalism at all time. The travelling out of town was a bit challenging cause being away from family for a week was a huge challenge.
