This was definitely an excellent learning curve for me in the past 17 years

During my 17 years here, I have learned so much that a formal qualification will not be able to teach - it was invaluable! Our people are our sole sustainable advantage - other companies can duplicate what we have, and they have done so, but not our people.

MY DUTIES Pastel: X3 SAGES  Capturing of cash receipts  Capturing of cash payment  Capturing interdepartmental transfer forms and orders on x3 sages.  Capturing stock takes for different department and importing into the system  Responsibilities:  Capturing of General journal such as cheque payment and write off for credit card  Importing the bank statement onto x3 in order to perform reconciliation.  Reconcile the cash book to the bank statement using the accounting system X3 SAGE.  Matching the allocated receipts to the correct debtors account  Importing debit orders onto sage x3.  Performing bank reconciliation on x3 sage and excel.  Creating of correct general journal and adjusting journals  Capturing of bad debts written off.

Learned a lot and I'm grateful for that.

I'm a Dtp Designer / Digital designer cause we do print and websites. On print deadline we design adverts that are going to the magazine and paginate the mag for printing. When we done we continue with our logo, banner and websites design
