Excellent learning curve

I have never done claims so this is really a good learning curve. I believe I am a fast learner and is always willing to learn new things in the work environment. I am team player and cope very well on my own with little or no supervision.

Seeking new opportunities

I have grown and I need new challenges. It's a good company but over the years the culture and values just got misunderstood. There is no unity and some people took out the fine and drive and also passion.

No room for growth

Vision and mission well written on paper and the directors havr a clear vision of what they would like to achieve. Communication from top to bottom lacks and trainings are not provided.... one learns as they go or work.

Pros: Level of entry matric which accommodates most people

Fast learner, punctual and get along really well with my co workers

Good day reader I recently completed my studies at towards a Bachelors of Commerce Degree in Information and Knowledge Management at the University of Johannesburg. I am a hard worker as well as a quick learner who is always willing to learn more and always punctual. During the past 12 months I've gained some leadership experience as a business intelligence junior while studying part time. I was also elected as a student councillor for my high school as well as a House Committee member as a Treasurer at Jabali Men's day house(UJ). I think I've got the ability to do the job as it was a part of my study material which I've done very well in. Thank you
