Experience on production vs sales demand fulfillment

I work well with the shopfloor people and staff people, the most challenging thing in my job is to supply the cm04 motar to the customer due to modification my department had to do due to production quality challenges on the product.

Pros: To become a Operations Manager
Cons: sometimes I do work 12hrs per day more special on month end when we have to ensure sales are meet

Lack of learnning and oppertunities

poor working relationship between workers and management a lack of training very little opportunities for promotion workforce old and a lack of vision

LEARN EVERYDAY SOMETHING NEW.

Always a stress in getting parts off the production lines. Got a good relationship with all the departments that i work with. To take it 1 step at a time. Making sales targets everymonth,although i sometimes struggle to get parts off the production lines. All the sales reports and stock reports that i have to do.

Pros: The benefits are ok.
Cons: Hours are normal.

I have earned lot of management experience and understand the new challenge the foundry

Autocast it's a wonderful company to work for, the management work as a team and they assist each other. The product they are producing are in demand and the company and job security it's there, the company it's stable.

Learning more about foundry

working(6-2 & 2-10) shifts was a most challenging situation since I`ve been working straight shift for more than ten years, but I realised that it was very helping because I am that kind of person who does not want to be absent or taking sick leave so I prioritize all my personal needs to be attended only when I am on 2-10 shift. That also help me to build a perfect relationship between my manager and my co-workers. Good communication and understanding each other is something that I always learn when starting new people and different environment . Working at Autocast learnt me more about the foundry since I was working for exhaust components manufacturing industry for years ,

Pros: be more in logistics
