Company has a potential to grow but opportunities are only given to selected view and that is if they make the number to the bosses favourite list irrespective of work put in.

Pros: only good if you are in limbo and hoping to study towards something more advanced
Cons: undefined working structure. undocumented work for new commers

Great

Really good culture, everyone is really nice, decent amount paid, room for growth, challenging to me and I'm always encouraged to take on more and more complex stuff.
