Loved working with my team
I was tasked with handling all internal and.extrrnal queries. Handling customers portfolios and also managing their profiles. I have to multi-task and prioritise all my duties. I did all the training for existing as well as new.customers. I allocated duties and roles to my team and ensured that we maintain our high standards and achieve our set goals. We had a family environment and we made sure that we cover each other's backs at all times. Our motto was, "you succeed as a team you prosper as a team"

Excellent development and training
Good company to work for with respect to company culture. Salary was not in line with what was promised. Tools of the trade were regarded as company perks.

MY DUTIES Pastel: X3 SAGES Administration: Word processing and typing of documents Dealing with telephone and email enquirers Creating and maintaining filing systems Preparing weekly payment schedule to capture the weekly general ledger account Ensure that cash book report is completed and up to date Word processing and typing documents Filing all paper work and ensure that all necessary documents is attached Making calls and taking messages to the relevant person Sending emails to credit control once the bank statement is updated Allocating amounts to the correct account on x3 sage Reversing duplicated journals or payment on x3 sage Extraction of general ledger overhead account for audit purposes

Excellent learning curve about the online marketing digital industry.
Marketing a bouquets of products via Print and Digital Media to Motor Industry Dealers, at Dealer Principle Level. Maintaining customer retention. Selling Digital & Print Banners. Creating marketing campaigns for dealers online. Managing dealers accounts per region Compilation and submission of many report types (Sales and Budgets)
Pros: Networking. Building strong business relationships with customers whereby you are no longer viewed as a sales person there to make a sale, but as a strategic adviser or consultant to their business.
Cons: Deadline orientated, working long hours. Working on weekends.

Challenging and excellent learning curbe
No My experience with a previous company has been quite exciting yet challenging with the Management style .I have been an excellent team player and have offered credit control department with the credit control procedures.My daily work was to make sure I attend to all complex queries for the entire credit control department;sales rep;directors and also external customers.As a helpful person I enjoyed a lot as my team members entrusted me with their queries and also a mentor from personal level.The most challenging aspect was the Dispute of contracts to be resolved and letters from the attornyes.I learned that I can work independtly ; take my own initiative and decisions.
