Excellent place to learn and grow , you work and find yourself ,meaning you grow as a person.

i have fantastic c relationship with co-workers - easy fit in to help any person that may need assistance with whatever in their job.typical work day would be liasing with china , and giving feed back to the buyers \planners , chasing shipments and ensuring all deliverys are met on time. i have certainly gained a lot of knowledge as the management team leave you to person and excel in your duties and they assist if necessary.I enjoy the fact that i can communicate with so many people and solve issues timeously , most challenging i would say is when china cannot make shipments on time and we have to be more assertive to make these things happen oh yes and when customs stop goods for inspection.

Pros: pros- you allowed to work on your own and grow as a person
Cons: no growth for moving up in the company
