Its a struggle

the work is intense and nice, positive working atmosphere, the people here are below average as far as economic culture is concerned. most cannot afford to buy themselves cars and houses in their salaries meaning no personal development.

Pros: positive atmosphere
Cons: low salary scales, no growth or development.
