Good learning curve

I enjoy working at GLTA the people are nice I have a good relationship with my colleagues. There is room for improvement, opportunity to attend training. I learned a lot in the time that I have been here about the operations and operators and the different plants I enjoy working with operators, they can be very difficult at times but it' still fun The most challenging aspect of my job is having to know all the earthmoving machines and the different lifting machines

Pros: lot of room for improvemnt, good learning curve
Cons: the compny is going through restructure and retrencmnets

Excellent learning curve, excellent training

Liaising with the various sites regarding operators, submitting required information to managers, booking medicals checking competency certificates, capturing hours dealing with pay queries updating employee information Enjoy working with different kinds of people, stay calm when there's pressure, have a good relationship with my superiors and colleagues working with people that don't plan is a bit of a challenge

Pros: room to grow
Cons: not every one does what they supposed to
