Excellent assistance in making a career change and having the skills to perform correctly

ETD Centre - Daily Work A typical work day is where research was carried out to determine the materials necessary for training programme design. Other than that safety training was either reviewed for currency or presented to learners. As part of the organizational ETD staff we all got on well with each other and complimented each other by providing assistance where needed. I learn't to get excited with the learners as this was their stairway to gaining skills qualifications. Most challenging was the consideration provided to persons with learning disabilities.

Pros: Great people to work with, while your'e employed by them
Cons: They can't wait to make the elderly employees redundant - Push you to retirement

I am a hard worker. I get along with all the people from different cultures and background.

I enjoy working with different clients, negotiating prices. I also like to guide the small subbies especially those that do not really understand how the construction industry works in terms of pricing.

Pros: Everyone effort is recognised and highly appreciated.

Approved my skills and I house training assist to approved with my skills

Enjoy my work at grinaker-Lta and my fellow employees became my second family. We have proud in our work and appearances. I am proud to be part of the safety team at aveng grinaker - lta as we take advantage of the opportunity to learn from senior employees. There is always a chance to learn more every day.
