Motivation

People skills. My experience as an employer of more that ninety staff members has taught how to motivate and bring out the best performances from workers assigned to me. My agricultural background gave me experience in the unique social African characteristics that are required to be an asset to an institution and/or business. Being fluent in SeSotho gave me a good insight of the cultural differences between Western and African populations and how to overcome them in the working environment. Budgeting. I obtained very good experience in budgeting by being responsible for the yearly budget a very low-profit business for thirty years. I am familiar with the responsibilities to make ends meet in an institution with big turnovers and low profit margins.
