Not family orientated at all

Working for Glta was great until Aveng took over since day one it was a nightmare. They dont appreciate or recogbise there wirkers at all. Be prepared to work all hours without compensation.

Pros: None
Cons: Long hours no overtime. Incompetemt line managers.

TOLLERANCE

IT is good to work up every morning its good for your health and body, i have a good relationship with my co-workers we assist each other we eat together on lunch time. i have learn that pecervience pays off. working hard going on site
