-Because i am an Employment Equity Committee Chairperson i enjoy working with my co-workers, sharing ideas which will uplift our company. -The service which i provide my co-workers(Maintenance department, production) is superb and i become admired by them and everyday i feel welcome. -Relationship with my co-workers is good and i enjoy talking with them and responding from their questions. -My challenge i get them when it comes to resolve issues like when the company is not doing well -to respond to our suppliers if they want their money to be paid to their accounts, i find difficult to find answer's to respond in correct manner since we don't get feedback from our superior, sometimes i try to go extra miles to resolve that kind of issues even though i didn't get the feedback from superior, but at the end i resolve that kind of matter.

Fantastic learning opportunity
I enjoyed working there. They offered me the opportunity to complete my studies and ensured that I receive the necessary training for my role. My manager not only managed me, but guided and mentored me, too.
