Excellent working environment, lovely team spirit and good focus on job satisfaction

how to interact with different people, be it customers or colleagues with the introduction of SAP the training was excellent and the rigorous testing was to my advantage. they always sent us on course to improve our ability to perform better and paid for my Diploma when i wanted to attend College on the weekends had my own book and did full function from collections to working with bank statements and allocations. handled all queries while liaising with the various departments.. team was always helpful and we could take a serious matter to our manager with an open door policy!

Pros: team dedication and camaraderie made it a wonderful experience
Cons: highly pressurised and too much of volume of accounts as the team went from 18 to 8 every six months so the number of accounts kept increasing relentlessly

Excellent learning Experience for the past 15years

My daily operation starts in the morning at 7hoo o’clock checking the bank statements to reconcile payments to the correct jobs, quotes that I have do previously and start with the daily operations. I see myself as a very flexible person and am looking forward to the next chapter in my life. I have also completed a diploma in Marketing Management at Unisa and received my NQF level 6 Diploma, with 48 credits. I see myself as a receptive, flexible person which is open to change to new different challenges. I always deliver on what I promise and act in the best interest of the customers. I am willing to learn more, travel national, internationally and relocate.

Pros: The construction sector is down and we are busy with retrencements.
Cons: Steeledale was there company to work for back in the day, but economical factors have a major role in the down fall of the industry.

Excellent working environment, lovely team spirit and good focus on job satisfaction

its was a wonderful experience , given a chance after i lost my husband with a full trust that i could manage such a large book with important large accounts gave me my confidence back and made me a stronger person. the team was like a real family and celebrated all birthdays and religious ones also. what lovely memories i have of everyone and dont regret my 8 years there! with full credit Controller responsibilities we all did very well and if we needed help our manager had an open door policy which was of great assistance at times

Pros: great team and Learn SAP when they changed over from AS400
Cons: as they retrenched people the workload got too much for everyone to get through the book every month!
