Dedicated hard worker, honest and always willing to go the extra mile to be the best in my work

Working hours from 7:45 to 16:15, but always willing to stay later to make sure that work is done by deadlines. Team leader for the debtors department, but working with all the other departments that is part of the wheel. Company has let me done the following courses, Discovering Excel 2010, Excel on steroids, Excel on steroids plus and online booking course that I complete and pass with success rate. Dealing with the clients and to make sure that they are happy and to be the best branch for collections. Definitely to be the best supervisor and happy staff.

Pros: Flexible with working hours
Cons: No scope for me to be promoted in the next few year and I what to learn more

Retrenched

I am a hardworking person that can multi-task. I have a can do attitude. I work well under pressure. I am a team player. I have a good working relationship with my colleagues.

Pros: It will be great opportunity for better employment prospects
Cons: Long working hours will always be a negative factors as it can create fatigue and burn-out

Good team work

Good team work at work, ability to work with people and ability to overcome objections, management have abilities to motivate employees.good communication skills with clients

Pros: No chances of getting promotion because favoritism is too hughe
Cons: 45 working hiydat per week

Brilliant, team member, management skills, good communication skills

i love my work and growing is one thing but doing right is another. looking forward to applying my skills to improve the organization and learn new methodologies.

Cons: like most organizations some challenges can only be sorted by working together

Learning curve

I work with a lot of angry and demotivated people, management doesn't care much about peoples growth, a lot of negativity. No sense of emergency, passing the back seems like a culture. Accountability is number 1 enemy, Gossips are at highest levels. My relationship with co-workers is moderate with the gossips 1 has to be very discreet about their lives here. I have learnt that SA in general has a long way to go interms of race, gender and BBBEE. atleast I enjoy that we knock of at 16H00 and 20 min later im home :) The most challenging aspect - Our direct supervisors have no knowledge of giving support to staff members, its as if she is not even empowered for the position, lacks proper planning.

Pros: not a great opportunity for learning
Cons: working hours for admin 7H00 - 16H00
