Interesting industry

Lack of organisation and employee retention. Poor staff morale. Lack of organisational culture and planning. Lack of remuneration and employee benefits.

My review

It a good company, I won't lie. It just that I think it time I get exposure on finance world. I studied finance, I want to gain more experience in finance world. Averda is a waste Management company. Been working at Averda since 2018 February. The people are friendly, Management is approachable and open for ideas .

Pros: Good company for growth in the Waste Management industry
Cons: I wish there was a con for this company. Just that I want to explore into finance field

I am being retrenched as Accounts payable administrator

Dealing with company creditors, drawing the accounts payable age on a weekly basis on SageX3 Doing payments effected by creditors and allocated to accounts Sending remittance and proof of payments to creditors Do recons on all of the creditors book throughout the month Get statement from all Creditors and do invoices and credit notes to accounts Do journals to accounts Do queries on supplier accounts and allocations Do banking on the bank and load beneficiaries on daily basis

Pros: I enjoyed my work as credit controller
Cons: Accounts payable is very challenging
