Promotion concerning work perfomance

I have learned how to work with simple and difficult people ,working under pressure ,more hours. .sometimes working at night but we managed to do that with our team.

Pros: to take the company to a higher level
Cons: am intending to work more harder

Good on gaining experience

*not happy with salary *don't get money for overtime *working nights without allowance *no increase *bosses are harsh to staff members *getting experience *good on teams work *HR is not fair

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion
Cons: Not paying enough
