Our main priority is to meet customer demand ,best service time targeting delivering the vehicle to the customers with good condition ,neat and friendly with the customers working as a team is our main duty ,setting the goals and object working in dead line ,under pressure and archiving goals ,learning more within the company following protocols all the time ,I have patience in the industry and am willing to learn more and have other opportunities and further my career

Excellent service ,delivering service at its best putting the Image of the company forward with pride meeting deadline satisfying the customers team work group setting object reaching goals at all times traveling across the country viewing various environment and familiar roads

I was doing invoicing, credit and debit. Investing queries , customer retention

My colleagues were the best, the environment was a bit over crowded but happy. I have learnt to handle pressure from the work load and from customers. My co-workers were very helpful and we all had a good relationship with each other to work with

Pros: I have leant to handle pressure and furious customers
Cons: We had doable working hours,but the work environment was overwhelming

safety is our main first priority ,customer receives exclent service we meet targets accordingly road and requalition of south Africa is followed we travel across the continent accident free ,sober habbit working as a team and achieving goals strategically planning settings goals highly motivated and insiperational to move the company forward

Poor

We work overtime but not paid, we don't get bonus,no promotions.they don't respect us as workers,its high risk job but we get nothing.we drive long trips .and we dont get bonuses,i have qualifications but the company dont recognise me ,i only get two offs per month which is not good at all

I have experienced many places & traveling the whole south Africa.

An advertisement in job placement daily message alert that says there is a vacancy for Driver. Since I meet the required experience and qualifications, wish to offer my candidature for the same and supply here under details relevant to the job. I passed diploma in computer, code 10 with Prpd, Grade 12 certificate and still studying in Boston doing H.R management. I'm a young man of 22 years old and possess pleasing personality. I'm am enclosing copies of certificates.i hope you will consider my case favourably.

Growth

Working for Avis Rent A Car a division of Barloworld Automotive has been great, a blessing if I must say. It has given me the opportunity to be innovating with systems they have and grow more in my interpersonal interactions. It's very stressful but you learn so much and pushes one to adapt and get used to a pressurized and also working independently.

Pros: plenty of opportunities to grow, if you're dedicated.
Cons: Extensive travelling
