Amazing Opportunity

Avis Fleet is an energized company consisting of dedicated and loyal staff. Each day is filled with multi-tasking activities that range between internal and external stakeholder interaction. My learning curve has been vast and incredibly interesting. Systems, products, IT and full fleet management is an ever changing environment. The most enjoyable aspect of my portfolio is growing my team and seeing them achieve amazing new heights, this coupled with my constant interaction with my customer base fills me with the energy and excitement that drives my own personal success. Having said all of the above there are always challenges that present themselves, such as the ZAR:USD exchange rate that effects vehicle importation costs, the economy affecting business that is resulting in a swing away from leasing and to car allowance and most of all the natural cycle where key young staff feel the need to move to bigger and better opportunity.

Cons: Ego and emotional dominance that override business logic.

Over worked

Its a typical every day to day job , comes with loads and loads of work. Every day they add more to your job description but does not acknowledge the hard work that you put in.

I have a lot of experience in accounts ,data capturing, finance and procurement.

I wI was working for Avis Fleet Service doing vehicle claims and government accounts .I was retrenched at the end of august due to covid19 . I have a lot of experience in accounts ,data capturing, finance and procurement. I believe that my experience, the knowledge that I am gaining from my work experience , and my determination to work and succeed makes me suitable for this position

Pros: i started working as a cashbook clerk and promoted to procurement clerk and fleet admin clerk
